Aries
Your Aries account is secured by your email address and a password.
If you have not previously registered, use the "I'm a new user" link on the Aries login page to create your user account. See the Profile - Registration help page for more information.
HP Users:
HP users who have previously registered must provide your @hp.com email address and your HP computer password to login to Aries.
Your password is not stored or maintained on the Aries Web site. Follow HP standards to maintain your HP computer password. See How To Change Your Password for more information.
On the Aries login page:
Email Address: your @hp.com email address Password: Your HP Computer password
Other Users:
Other users who have previously registered must provide your work/corporate email address and the password that is set and managed in Aries. Your Aries password is not automatically changed when you update a password anywhere besides this site.
When you register, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with your initial password.
If you do not remember your Aries password, you can use the 'Forgot your password' mechanism on the Aries login page to have your password sent to the email address on your Aries user account.
You can change your Aries password on the Profile page after logging in, if you wish.
Email Address: Your work/corporate email address Password: either the system-assigned password, or the password you set for your account if you have changed the system-assigned password.
You may have your password resent to the email address on your user account by selecting the 'Forgot your password?' option on the Aries login page. This mechanism will also immediately unlock your account should it have become locked due to too many failed login attempts.
